A few days ago Maggie asked me what my top five songs about depression were. I was totally unprepared and couldn’t think of a single song so I said I’d get back to her on it. I sat down and went through all of my cds but I couldn’t come up with a top five. There were too many songs to list. Some of the songs I came up with were about depression, but some just took me back to times in my life when I felt I had nothing but my music.

So, here’s what I did; I decided to make a mix-cd of some of the songs that were there with me when I was at my worst.
