This Is Great
Wow. I just read this article and I don't like it one bit.
So, if my brain has aged 10-20 years for every year of back pain I've had, I could have the brain of a 90 year old. This may explain why I feel so stupid sometimes and why I have such a hard time concentrating on and remembering some things.
I wonder how many years my body has already aged after two back surgeries. If I go by the same numbers as this brain study, I could have the body of a 70 year old.
I really am old.
