I (Heart) Elliott Smith
I love Elliott Smith's music. I love Portland, Oregon.
You can guess how excited I was to hear that there would be an Elliott Smith tribute album all performed by Portland artists.
However, I do not love To:Elliott From:Portland.
In my opinion there are only two really excellent covers on this album. They should be tracked down and enjoyed:
